As we race closer to the start of the 2021 season the Utes have released who has been voted as team captains for the season. The team votes for two defensive players, two offensive players, and one special teams player. The players voted as captains this season are linebacker Devin Lloyd, defensive end Mika Tafua, quarterback Cameron Rising, wide receiver Britain Covey, and long snapper Keegan Markgraf.
I think it’s a great sign that Cam Rising was named a captain, and a great sign for the future as Rising is without a doubt the future at QB.
