Utah loses another starting TE for the season

Utah may rank No. 3 in the nation and be undefeated this year, but the team has lost a starting tight end for 2015 for the second time this season. According to Kevin McGuire of NBC Sports’ College Football Talk, tight end Siale Fakailoatonga will miss the rest of the season due to injury.

Head coach Kyle Whittingham did not go into specifics of the injury itself, just that it was one that would sideline Fakailoatonga for the rest of 2015. Fakailoatonga finishes the season with 12 catches for 120 yards.

It should also be noted that Fakailoatonga took over as the starter after Evan Moeai went down with a season-ending injury in the first game of the season, which means sophomore Harrison Handley is now the starter.
