SALT LAKE CITY — The Runnin' Utes opened Pac-12 play with a win over the Colorado Buffaloes Sunday, as four scorers scored in double digits, ending in a 76-60 victory.
Guard Lorenzo Bonam, in a return to the starting lineup, scored 15 points to pace the Utes, while David Collette and Kyle Kuzma each added 14 points apiece. The win elevates Utah to 10-3 on the season.
Here are my observations from Sunday's matchup between the two Pac-12 South Division rivals:
Utes' balance on offense too much for Colorado
The Utes rang in the new year in a spirit of sharing.
