ESPN 700 will remain the flagship radio partner of the University of Utah through the 2021-22 athletic year. The university and and rights holder Learfield's Utes Sports Properties announced an extension on Tuesday. The station has been the home of Utah athletics on the radio since 1951.
The Broadway Media-owned station will continue to air live broadcasts of football, men's basketball and women's basketball games as well as the respective coaches' shows for each of those sports.
The release from the university also announced that the station will air all home Utah gymnastics meets as well as weekday night and weekend home baseball games.
