A quiet spring on the recruiting trail broke in a big way on Thursday night as twin brothers committed to Utah.
Tristin McCollum and Zyon McCollum, a pair of defensive backs from Ball High in Galveston, Texas, announced their commitments via Twitter with similar-reading notes.
Wrote Tristin: "I couldn’t be happier in this decision and can’t wait for the the future years to come!"
They each played corner last year for the 6-4 Tornadoes under former NFLer and coach Kimble Anders. Zyon recorded 41 tackles, three interceptions and two forced fumbles, according to his Hudl video, while Tristin’s statistics were unavailable.
