Signing day may have been a week ago, but the Utes have landed another playmaker on the outside, with the signing of wide receiver Derrick Vickers from Bakersfield College.
Vickers, a three star rated recruit by 247sports.com, had offers from Colorado State, Utah State, Nevada and Texas A&M. Per Kyle Goon of the Salt Lake Tribune, “ Vickers said he was initially planning to sign with Texas A&M, but his relationship started to get shaky close to Signing Day.”
