It’s been a rough go for the Utes and QBs for the six months, by losing the one they signed last year, and by losing out on Jayden Daniels (who was a silent commit for months) to ASU. We have no entered a new era of recruiting, especially at the QB position with the new transfer rules and the transfer portal.
It was announced about a month ago, but today it was made official that former four-star QB Cameron Rising, who was a Texas a year ago, has signed with the Utes. Rising redshirted at UT last season, and will be eligible in 2020 with three years to play.
