The Utah football team has signed Sacramento (Calif.) Grant Union offensive lineman Orlando Umana. He hails from the same high school as former Utah running back Devontae Booker and current offensive lineman Darrin Paulo. Umana is 6’ 4”, 314 pounds.
This is a great get for Utah. He committed back in early January. Many thought he would end up at UCLA or Washington, where he visited in September. He also held offers Arizona, Oregon State, and Washington State.
Even with his large size, Umana has the athleticism to pull and get up field.
