Moos had told Scout this summer that his favorites were Utah and Washington State, but also said early in his recruiting that the Cougars saw him as a defensive end, which was not his preference. Utah seems set to use Moos as a tight end: According to his MaxPreps stats, he’s caught passes for at least 200 receiving yards every year, and had over 500 yards in both his sophomore and junior seasons.
