The newest Coaches Poll is out, and the Utes jumped to 18th, after their win over USC this past Friday night. Utah is one of three ranked Pac-12 teams in this poll, but both ASU, UCLA, Colorado and Oregon are receiving votes. How Oregon is still receiving votes (3 of them), is a mystery to me, because Oregon isn’t looking that good right now, especially with all the injuries they have.
Of course, the Coaches Poll is much more of an assistants/SID poll, as we all know very few coaches actually vote.
The AP Poll will be out later, and the College Football Playoff poll is still a couple weeks away from making its debut on the season.
