He’s back! Utah wide receiver Britain Covey returned from his LDS mission on Wednesday, and Utah coaches were at the airport to meet the dynamic playmaker. Covey will not be participating in anything for spring ball, but he’ll be with the team for Ssummer conditioning and beyond. With the loss of Darren Carrington and Raelon Singleton, the return of Covey is a welcome site.
Of note to welcome back Covey was Coach Whit, his brother, Freddie, Guy Holliday (his position coach), and Utah QB Jack Tuttle. This kid, Tuttle, just continues to impress. All the way through his recruitment, to being on campus, to joining the coaches to welcome back a major playmaker for the Utes.
