Utah Basketball: Runnin' Utes Turn the Game Over to Wichita State 67-50

The Utes played their first true road game at Wichita State Saturday afternoon, and on the back of 19 turnovers, they fell by the score of 67-50. The Utes were led by Jakob Poeltl with 11 points and 9 rebounds, while Brandon Taylor and Jordan Loveridge each had 9 points. Loveridge's 9 points all came from the free throw line.

The Shockers were paced by Zach Brown's 14 points, as well as 13 from Markis McDuffie and 10 from Fred VanVleet. Wichita State, after starting the season 4-4, has started to get healthy and played probably their best game of the season, and won their 34th consecutive game at home.
