Opposing coach • I wrote a little bit about Jim Larranaga last night, probably best known as the coach the 2006 George Mason Final Four squad. He's got 561 wins now in his NCAA coaching career — almost 900 if you count his years at Bowling Green State, and 31 seasons total. He's another guy who Larry Krystkowiak considers a "good guy" of the coaching profession, but he also can recruit: Miami just signed a five-star forward for next year. He's also apparently a family man: He brought his grandson to last night's press conference after beating the Bulldogs.
