Utah baseball tops BYU in extra innings, 7-6

Stop the presses, but Utah beat BYU, again. This time it came on the diamond as Utah topped the Cougars in Provo by a score of 7-6 in 13 innings. Utah broke a 6-6 tie in the top of the 13th inning, when Josh Rose drove in the game-winning run with a sacrifice fly to right field after Chandler Anderson was intentionally walked to load the bases. Anderson had an awesome day, going 3 of 5 and recording 3 RBI, 2 of which on a 2 run homerun.

Utah, after taking a lead early in the game, had to battle to tie the game in the seventh inning at 6-6.
