SEATTLE, Wash.- Sarah Feeny led the Utah track and field team at the Husky Classic on Saturday, as she broke the school record in the 3,000-meter run. Meanwhile, in Albuquerque, the Utes recorded several solid performances at Don Kirby Elite.
“We had a bunch of really good races,” Utah head coach Kyle Kepler said. “I am really impressed with the way we competed here in Seattle. We have trained them really hard for the last few weeks and once we let them rest and freshen up they will be able to run even better.
