EDMONTON, Alberta - Utah track and field freshman Sarah Feeny finished third in the 1,500 at the Pan American Junior Championships on Sunday evening.
Feeny's time was 4:23.21, and she led most of the race. Feeny earned a spot at the championships with a second-place finish at the USATF Junior Championships in June.
Feeny ran the second-best time by a freshman in the NCAA this year in the 1,500.
