Utah's Connor Cain has been named the Pac-12’s Freshman Diver of the Year. He becomes the first Ute to win a major postseason award from the conference.
“Connor has been a great addition to the Utah diving team,” head diving coach Richard Marschner said. “He had a great year training and improved in the pool to end the year on a high note at the Pac-12 Championships and NCAA Zones. This honor continues the momentum and excellence that has been building in our program and Connor’s presence ensures that Utah will have a very strong diving squad moving into the future.
