SALT LAKE CITY - Three Utah student-athletes finished their first day of competition at the NCAA Women’s Championships at McAuley Aquatic Center in Atlanta. Juniors Stina Colleou and Amanda Casillas, as well as freshman Genevieve Robertson all took part in today's events.
Colleou and Robertson swam in the prelims of the 100 breast and were unable to qualify for the finals. Colleou, making her third appearance at the NCAA Championships, finished 41st with a time of 1:01.31. Last year, she finished with a time of 1:01.21 in the same event.
Robertson, a freshman, placed 47th with a time of 1:01.
