Swimming & Diving. Utah Swimming Pair Competes at Canadian Olympic Trials

TORONTO - Utah swimming had two student-athletes, senior Ashlyn Karosas and freshman Genevieve Robertson, compete at the Canadian Olympic Time trials at the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre.

Canada’s best swimmers train all year for this event where they compete to represent their home nation on senior and junior national teams.

Robertson competed in the 100 breast and 200 breast events, reaching the finals in both. In the 200 breast, she finished ninth with a time of 2:32.18 and in the 100 breast, she took fifth in the consolation finals with a time of 1:10.
