SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah ski team travels to the NCAA Championships this week, hosted by Colorado in Steamboat Springs from March 9-12.
Utah is one of eight schools fielding a full team of 12 skiers (three per gender per discipline), joining Alaska Anchorage, Colorado, Dartmouth, Denver, Montana State, New Mexico and Vermont. Of the 12 skiers representing Utah at NCAA’s, six skiers have previously earned All-America honors while five are making their first appearance at the championship.
Utah has finished among the top three teams at NCAA’s four of the last five seasons.
