SALT LAKE CITY — Hunter Dimick is an unassuming, hard-working man.
It would be easy to mistake him for just another college student at the University of Utah. It's not that Dimick fails to “look” like a football player, it’s just that he minds his own business, is soft-spoken and is an all-around nice guy void of drama in his life.
But add the football pads and directive to seek out a quarterback and you've got one of the most sack-happy defensive lineman in Utah history, which is quite the accomplishment given Utah’s history with sending defensive players to the NFL.
