SALT LAKE CITY – The Utah men's basketball team defeated Towson 67-57 Thursday night inside the Jon M. Huntsman Center behind a strong defensive effort and a career-high 15 points from Taison Chatman.
Towson scored the first six points of the game, until a dunk from Alec Anigbata put the Utes on the board (17:00). Utah's defense quickly stepped up, holding the Tigers to a 2:50 scoring drought. However, Towson's defense matched the energy and held Utah to a 3:07 minute scoring drought.
