Tim Coleman, a 6-1 guard out of Lee College in Texas, officially signed to play for Larry Krystkowiak and the Runnin' Utes today. The signing comes after Coleman committed to the program last week. Coleman also had offers from Seton Hall and Creighton and interest from Minnesota.
Coleman will be a junior next season after playing two seasons of junior college basketball. Last season at Lee College, Coleman averaged 14.5 PPG 3.8 RPG and 3.9 APG. He shot 36.5% from the field and 30.7% from beyond the arc. His attributes of toughness and ability to play well on the defensive end are likely what attracted the Utah coaching staff to Coleman.
