During the last couple of days, we’ve looked at how teams in the Pac-12 North and South were able to generate points from turnovers.
But it cuts both ways. Just as an offense must be efficient when the defense gets the ball back, a defense must be vigilant not to let an offensive turnover sway the game. Obviously, some teams were better than others.
The following stats reflect how a team responded (or didn’t) after its offense coughed up the ball. This does include interceptions for returns and scoop-and-scores, so it’s not always all on the defense.
