The Oregon Ducks have a major showdown coming against the Utah Utes. However, the team is unsure of who will be lining up under center for the big game.
According to Ducks offensive coordinator Scott Frost, quarterback Vernon Adams cannot suffer any further damage to his finger, but he is not guaranteed to start when Oregon takes the field against the Utes at Autzen Stadium.
Scott Frost wouldn't name a starter yet for this week, but said Adams finger is past the stage of possible further injury.

As far as Adams is concerned, he seems to believe he will be able to go.
