Today the Utah Utes secured a commitment from Mt. San Jacinto College defensive end Jeremiah Jordan. He chose Utah over Kansas, Louisville, and Washington State. Jordan is 6’ 6”, 240 pounds, giving him elite length and a great frame. He will be signing Wednesday per his commitment Tweet.
Jordan is fast off the edge. I also liked seeing that he was playing on both the strong and weak side (and even inside at defensive tackle) at the junior college level. Despite being listed at 240 pounds, Jordan shows a lot of strength in his film, pushing offensive linemen backwards.
