The 4-star cornerback has been tracked by elite programs for quite a while, and it's not hard to see why. Johnson is Scout's 59th-ranked player overall and sixth-ranked cornerback among all 2017 recruits.
The Fresno, California, native is also the second-ranked cornerback in the state of California as well as the second-ranked corner in the entire West region.
