CORVALLIS, Ore. — No. 4 Utah gymnastics’ undefeated season ended with a 196.550-196.525 loss to No. 11 Oregon State. Utah (7-1, 2-1 Pac-12) chased Oregon State (6-1, 2-1) all day in Gill Coliseum. The meet came down to the last routine of the day, as judges gave Kaytianna McMillan a 9.925 on floor to seal the upset.

The Red Rocks put on a stellar performance on balance beam in the meet’s last rotation, scoring 49.30. However, the strong set wasn’t enough to give Utah the edge.

Maddy Stover’s 9.80 was a good start for the Utes’ attempt at the come-from-behind win.
