Utah survived a strange game in Corvallis, winning 19-14 and becoming bowl eligible. The severe weather that was predicted never really materialized, yet Utah struggled to get any real momentum going throughout the course of the game. Despite the win, the game was somewhat disappointing, as Utah struggled to put away a poor Oregon State team. Still, a win is a win, and Utah will head to Pasadena next week with a 6-1 record.
Offense
Joe Williams returned from his brief retirement and provided one of the few bright spots for Utah’s offense, running for 179 yards and a touchdown on 34 carries.
