CHICAGO – Utah running back Devontae Booker was a second-round choice of the reigning Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos in the 2016 NFL Draft on Saturday.
Booker, the 38th selection in the fourth round (136th overall), is the 10th former Ute to go in the fourth round of the draft in school history. Cornerback Keith McGill was the previous Utah player to go in fourth when he was picked by Oakland in 2014.
Booker is the fourth Utah player to be picked by the Denver Broncos.
