SALT LAKE CITY -- Devon Daniels and JoJo Zamora are no longer members of the Utah basketball team.
Coach Larry Krystkowiak said in a statement Friday that the two guards won't be with the team next season, saying "certain responsibilities and expectations" are "critical" to being in the program.
Daniels started 26 games before being suspended indefinitely for conduct detrimental to the team. The suspension lasted three games and the freshman played the final two games of the season. He averaged 9.9 points and 4.6 rebounds and his 78 assists were the second most on the team.
