SALT LAKE CITY — The Utes were able to shake off disappointing special teams play and the heavy rain showers at Rice-Eccles last Saturday to beat Arizona State 34-18, their first win over the Sun Devils since joining the Pac-12.
Undefeated and with a two-game lead in the South Division, the Utes turn their attention from ending one drought to building off another streak they ended last season.
Utah will look to make it two straight against USC as the two teams face of Saturday at 5:30 MDT on FOX. The Utes defeated USC 24-21 in 2014 to end a three-game skid to the Trojans.
