SALT LAKE CITY — A Cougar, a Ute and an Aggie all had big games this week to lead the local NFL watch.
Daniel Sorensen picked off New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees and returned it for a touchdown, the first of his NFL career. Sorensen, who also added six solo tackles in the 27-21 win, is having a breakout year for the 5-2 Chiefs.
Devontae Booker got his first taste of paydirt this week as well. Booker had his first big game as an NFLer, carrying the ball 17 times for 83 yards and a touchdown as the Broncos beat the Texans 27-9.
