SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah baseball team enters this week with a midweek game against BYU on Tuesday, March 15 before beginning the conference season at 19th-ranked Oregon this weekend.
Tuesday’s game will be televised on BYUTV beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Utah (4-10) played two games of a scheduled three-game series last weekend against Saint Mary’s, splitting the two games. Dalton Carroll allowed just one hit in the 2-0 victory in the second game, which was shortened by rain.
“It rained virtually the whole time we were there so it was unfortunate we didn’t get the Sunday ball game in, but at least we got two,” Utah head coach Bill Kinneberg said.
