OXFORD, Miss. – A pair of early home runs was the difference in the game as the Utah baseball team ended its season with a 4-1 loss to Tulane in the NCAA Regional.
Utah ends its season with a 26-29 record after reaching the NCAA Championship for the first time since 2009 and winning its first Pac-12 Championship.
Cody Scaggari, who hit his fifth home run of the year for Utah’s only run of the game, went 2-for-4, while Kellen Marruffo was also 2-for-4.
