Baseball. Utah Baseball Falls to BYU, 14-3

PROVO, Utah – The Utah baseball team fell to BYU, 14-3, on Tuesday evening. BYU scored nine runs in the third inning en route to the win.

Utah had four hits on the night. Cody Scaggari and Max Schuman each doubled and DaShawn Keirsey, Jr. and Hunter Simmons also each had a hit. Scaggari, Hunter Simmons and Kellen Marruffo each drove in runs.

Utah used six pitchers. Tanner Thomas made the start and allowed five runs on four hits in the loss.
