Logan, Utah • Dwayne Brown Jr. and Koby McEwen combined to score 44 points as Utah State romped past Life Pacific, posting 96-62 victory over the NAIA school from San Dimas, Calif., on Saturday night.
It was the first meeting between the schools. Utah State has never lost to a non-Division I opponent and now is 25-0 against NAIA schools.
The Warriors were able to hang with Utah State in the first half, trailing by five at intermission, 40-35, but the Aggies roared out of the break to outscore Life Pacific by 29 points over the final 20 minutes.
