David Collette’s 17 points led the way as Utah looked ready to run visiting Missouri off the court at times on their way to a 77-59 win at the Huntsman Center on Thursday evening.
The Utes played stifling defense and received numerous scoring contributions, including 12 points from senior forward Tyler Rawson and another 11 from freshman Donnie Tillman. Gabe Bealer (10 points) and Jayce Johnson (10 points) gave the Utes five players with 10 points or more.
The Utes earned their first win over a Power Five conference opponent, and they did it in convincing fashion as they improved to 3-0.
