Utah State's track and field teams continued their preparation for the conference championships by winning 11 events at the Boise State-hosted Jacksons/NB Indoor Invitational on Friday and Saturday at the Idaho Center.
"This week was a little bittersweet," Utah State veteran head coach Gregg Gensel said. "A lot of our student-athletes chose to stay home and attend the funeral of longtime assistant coach Steve Reeder. This was a good meet to do that because it was a building week, and I wasn't too worried about our performances because we pushed our team hard in the middle of the week.
