Utah State's Ron’quavion Tarver had a game-high five receptions for 66 yards to help the West squad to a 21-17 win in the 94th East-West Shrine Game held Saturday at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Tarver had two receptions for 32 yards on the opening drive of the game on back-to-back 16-yard receptions to help the West squad to the early 7-0 lead.
