TMZ says the deceased is Charlie Noxon, the son of Jenji Kohan, who created the television show “Weeds” and “Orange is the New Black.”
Margo Van Ness, a spokeswoman for the resort, declined to confirm the victim’s name. She referred to a prepared news release describing the deceased only as a 20-year-old from Sherman Oaks, Calif.
“Park City Mountain, Park City Mountain Ski Patrol and the entire Vail Resorts family extend our deepest sympathy and support to our guest’s family and friends,” said Mike Goar, Park City Mountain vice president and chief operating officer.
