Six weeks after a man was shot in the chest and left to die on the street in front of his home, Utah police are still searching for his childhood friend and the woman he’d been arguing with just before he died.
West Jordan police believe 23-year-old Jesus Molina shot Dan Zuniga-Guzman, 22, once in the chest after he and 22-year-old Breaaunah Huff dropped Zuniga-Guzman at his home near 6700 South and 4800 West, at about 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 1, Sgt. J.C. Holt said Wednesday.
Zuniga-Guzman had been arguing with Huff during the car ride. Once he got out of the car near his house, Holt said he started fighting with Molina about the argument he’d just had with Huff.
