A 20-year-old man has been sentenced to prison in connection with a shooting adn wounding another man in downtown Ogden last year.
Patrick Bobby Galindo, Jr., 20, was charged in 2nd District Court with one count each of first-degree felony attempted murder and discharge of a firearm with serious bodily injury, and one count of second-degree felony possession of a weapon by a restricted person.
Last week, Judge Ernie Jones sentenced Galindo to three years to life in prison on the attempted murder conviction, to run concurrently with a one-to-15-year prison term for being a restricted person in possession of a dangerous weapon.
