It is no surprise there was some lively protesting at the last inland port meeting. And it is no surprise the protesters were physically removed by the state.
After all, the Legislature taking control of a huge portion of Salt Lake City against the city's wishes is the biggest landgrab in Utah since our immigrant ancestors stole the entire state from the Indians.
