It is such a breath of fresh air, metaphorically and literally, to hear about Summit County’s resolution on Oct. 4 to transition to 100 percent renewable energy by 2032 in its municipal buildings.
Summit County’s commitment to lessening the carbon footprint of the county will surely lead to higher air quality, contributing to the increased health and quality of life of Summit County citizens and better preservation of local snowpack, boosting ticket and pass sales in the Park City area and along the Wasatch Back, encouraging visitors to return year after year and enjoy to enjoy this stunning, pristine mountain community.
