Earth Day was April 22, and perhaps the greatest threat to the environment is climate change. I’m glad that on April 13, Mia Love, my representative in Congress, co-sponsored House Resolution 825, recognizing the impacts of climate change and supporting polices that address the causes and effects of climate change. I’m pleased that 36 Democrats and 36 Republicans, including Love, are members of the Climate Solution Caucus in the House of Representatives.
I believe the best way to reduce carbon emissions would be to apply a fee on carbon at the source: the well, mine or port of entry.
