I will first state the obvious. Every refugee, every immigrant, legal or illegal, every industry, business and manufacturer that relocates to Utah uses our precious water. Each also pollutes one way or another and adds burdens to our facilities and utilities.
The state of Utah has divisions that protect our water, that try to reduce our air pollution and other things.
One state division scans the nation to encourage industry, business and manufacturers to relocates to Utah. They not only encourage, but offer to help find property, guarantee qualified workers and big tax reduction benefits. They also help get permits and building contractors to construct their facilities.
