Gymnast MyKayla Skinner has been selected for the U.S. team that will compete at this year’s world championships.
Skinner competed for the University of Utah for three seasons (2017-19) and will take the 2020 collegiate season off to pursue a spot on Team USA for the Tokyo Olympics.
“We are thrilled with MyKayla’s berth on the world championships team,” said Utah coach Tom Farden. “She once again has proved that her drive is second to none and her hyper-focus has been rewarded.”
The world championships team was selected based on performances at the 2019 American Classic, GK U.
