Utah Gov. Gary Herbert is expected to discuss his proposed changes to the state sales tax on Thursday during his monthly televised press conference at KUED.
The governor will take questions from members of the Utah media, including his positions on various proposals that will be debated during the 2019 legislative session, which begins on Monday.
