A former Spanish Fork police officer is facing criminal charges of voyeurism and forcible sexual abuse.
According to a probable cause statement, a woman who had a protective order against Aaron Sam Foster, 38, of Springville, awoke to find him groping and kissing her. The woman told police Foster had stolen her panties, and “he admitted to her that he had taken them and returned some but not all.”
The woman said she discovered naked pictures of herself that Foster had taken while she was sleeping. According to police, Foster “stated that he had taken the photos,” and he “also admitted to video recording her through the blind from the outside of her home.
